Information technologies for monitoring of population health condition

Abstract (resume)

Practical realization of system of monitoring behind the various groups of the population requiring for the constant control over a condition of health, and separate age contingents is impossible without use of the specialized registers/information systems. In article the various systems providing a full work cycle of gathering, transfer and the analysis of the data are submitted. Questions of confientiality and the authorized access to personal datas are considered.
