Article title Role of autonomic nervous system in acute myocardial infarction forming


Abstract (resume)

Presented here literary review on the peripheral autonomic disregulation role in the acute myocardial infarction forming in retrospective from 1968 to 2005 years. Own data were received by high-resolution rhythmocardiography in using apparatus-program complex CAP-RC-01-"Micor" for the heart rate variability (HRV) analysis. There was proved, that HRV stabilization, decrease of reactions on stimuli in tests, humoral-metabolic prevalence in the regulative factors correlation of the sinus node in patients with coronary artery disease appears as the complex of predictors of the acute coronary syndrome. Peripheral autonomic sinus disregulation is the indirect indication pathological changes in the sinus node pacemakerrcells on the background of arteriosclerosis occlusion in the coronary arteries. These breaches have variants, connected with profound and localization of the ischemic necrosis.
