Modern view on the problem of registers creation for diseases monitoring

Abstract (resume)

Now there is a problem of integration of the specialized registers providing monitoring of chronic diseases. There are various approaches to the decision of this question. Transition to e-Health on the basis of the person-centred approach on the new puts this problem. On the basis of modular construction of electronic medical cards (electronic healthcare record) there is a possibility of formation of registers on a functional basis. For this purpose the information of databases of medical institutions and territories should be used. In this case construction of registers with various level of integration of the data is possible.
