Evaluation of individual typological features of behaviour and resistance of intact white male rats on the basis of the factor model of the normal ethological spectrum of parameters in the open-field test

Abstract (resume)

Work is devoted to an objective quantitative evaluation of individual-typological features of behaviour of intact white rats-males, to forecasting of their resistance to change of factors of environment and formating of an experimental animals groups having similar individual-typological characteristics. The factor model neuroethological (psychophysioligical) parameters in the open-field test is developed and the proved physiological interpretation of discharged factors is given. The equations are offered, allowing to predict resistance of individuals to change of environmental factors. The procedure of animals ranging on the base of individual values of factors is developed. The procedure allows at reproduction of conditions of carrying out of the open-field test, described in this paper, to calculate individual values of factors for researching white rats
