Abstract (resume) A new method of mathematical modeling based on ideas of the artifical intelligence has been developed called as a method of a "mosaic portrait". A description of universal computer system "Differentiated diagnostics" is given into which it is possible to introduce the "mosaic model" for any group of diseases which are difficult to distinguish. On its base a number of diagnostic medical intellectual systems have been developed.
