Heart rate variability and stability are the most important characteristics of the cardiovascular system

Abstract (resume)

The purpose of the work is examining the stability of cardiovascular system of sportsmen, healthy people, ischemic disease and myocardial infarction patients by using heart rate variability data. 137 people have been examined in rest, during their physical activity and after being operated.

The decrease of the heart rate variability parameters SDNN, MxDMn and HF shows the transition from normality to pathology. The decrease of the sensibility of the hart rate variability depending on physical activity and after having been operated on the coronary artery bypass grafting shows the loss of stability by eyesight. The depression of the heart rate with the sympatoadrenal dominant is the marker of the unfavourable issue after the coronary artery bypass grafting.

The deterioration of the regulator qualities leads to the loss of the cardiovascular system's stability during physical activity. The violation's degree of parameters of the heart rate variability is influenced by the degree of progress of pathologic process.
