The basic attention is given to the best practices in the field of joint distance learning (East/West: Ukraine and Germany) viewed as a part of Bologna process. This eecooperation is expected to provide quality assurance and improve the competitiveness and attraction of learning per Internet. The algorithm of actions to realize these projects between Ukrainian and European Universities and the role of scientific diaspora as the source of qualified specialists to bridge both educational systems are discussed.
