Article title

Comparative analysis of effective application of information entropy and statistical methods for risk assessment of acute heart failure progression

Abstract (resume)

Risk factors for acute heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease in the early postoperative period after aorto-coronary bypass grafting were identified by logistic regression and Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction. The comparative analysis of the efficiency of these methods was carried out. It was shown that their joint application allows you to identify the structure of the factors that lead to complications, and to predict the risk of development of complications in an concrete patient. On the basis of the above methods the information technology can be created, which can be used for the dynamic assessment and correction of the direct care.

Keywords

binary logistic regression, Multifactor Dimensionality Reduction, acute heart failure, information model, risk assessment
