Article title

The results of the study of mechanisms differential massage on patients with neurological syndrome, degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine with a digital analyzer biorhythms

Abstract (resume)

Purpose. The reaction of the organism in the process of interaction with environmental factors occurring in different ways, depending on the strength, duration of exposure and adaptive capacity of the organism, which are determined by the presence of functional reserves. Effect of massage on the clinical manifestations of osteochondrosis of the cervical spine was studied.

Methods. We used of the mathematical analysis of heart rate variability in ECG made it possible to study the mechanisms of action and efficacy of the differentiated massage for patients with neurological syndromes, degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine. We examined 25 patients with studed syndroms (subacute period) aged 45–60 years.

Results. Are possible to conclude that the procedure for moderate toning massage technique helps to: reduce the level of centralization of heart rhythm and tone of the sympathetic component of the autonomic nervous system, the growing influence of the vagus nerve on the sinus node of the heart, increase the power of tidal waves, HRV rate and the number of QRS-complexes initiated impulses from the sinus node. A positive trend fuction condition body systems and clinical symptoms, increasing the level of adaptive capacity and resilience stressful patients with neurological syndromes osteochondrosis cervical spine.

Discussion. The choice of method of the massage requires an individual approach. Relaxing massage specified patients is not recommended.
